Dat Six Pack..



It’s a beautiful body if you have them , some people like this one don’t have the duration of  burning fat and eat healthy so they try other ways.It will take dedication, time and patience to get a six pack... You need to do two things lose fat and build muscle and we all know this won’t be easy at all.You have to be precise and to diete and exercise consistently.Two of the most effective exercises for a six pack are easy but the thing is you have to do them a lot.The first one , do sit ups for you that don’t know what that is , you have to lie on the floor , feet on the floor knees up and hands crossed on your chest. Sit all the way up and the second one is do crunches and we all know what that is . Good luck and be motivated because that is good looking and healthy and if you do that you have both !
