Every poster, billboard or a photo in a magazine has been edited or created with Photoshop. It’s almost impossible to learn all the tools available in the program, cause it’s been in stores since 1990...
The first major release was on February 19, 1990 (around 23 years ago). The current stable release is CS6 (available for subscription only / 12 September 2013). As we can see from the picture below there are people that can edit pictures pretty well. I am not too sure if this manipulation was a joke or the girl got somebody to do it for her, but it’s pretty advanced. Most of the edited pictures we see today aren’t a work of the owner of the picture itself. Most likely edits are done by their friends (without the owner’s knowlegde) or by someone they know.
